How does “Manual Convert” work?
Click the “Manual Convert” tab. Then click “add files”, then select the files to batch-convert using the ctrl or shift key, or click “add folders” to select the file folder. Finally, press “convert” Your conversion will finish very quickly.

How does “Folder Watcher” work?
Click “Folder Watcher”, then click “Add Watch” to reveal the “Add Watch” dialog. Enter “Source File Path”, “Destination File Path” and “File Filter”, press “OK”, and you will add file watch to your list of folder that are watched. Finally click “Start Watch”. The Word files will be copied to the source path. The folder watcher can automatically convert files into viewable html format at the destination file paths.

How can I run the program from the command line?
enter:  cz-doc2htm <file path> [/d:destination path] [/s] [/h] [/?]

Example 1:  
convert all .doc files in disk d:\ to html files. The destination path is d:\dest 
            cz-doc2htm d:\*.doc /d:d:\dest /s
Example 2:  
convert all .doc files in d:\ to html files and hide the CZ-Doc2Htm gui
           cz-doc2htm d:\*.doc /h
