OfficeView Pro is an automated version of the in/out board with a fully integrated messaging system. Employees can know the whereabouts of co-workers at a glance of their screen. Your receptionist can respond to callers quickly and send you messages without leaving the reception desk. When you start the program, the screen will automatically indicate "In" beside your name and when you turn off your computer, "Out" will appear (both optional features). One click beside your name opens a list of remarks. Another click on the remark of choice assigns it to the board. You may choose from standard remarks, such as: on vacation until , in a meeting, etc., or you can prepare customized remarks. It includes a messaging system which may be disabled by the administrator and an employee information screen which allows you to record important information such as telephone, cell or fax numbers, and who should be contacted during an employee's absence.
