Metateque is a simple yet highly effective authoring system/content management system for weblogs and sites (including text formatting, images and downloadable files). It has minimal server requirements and provides for graphic editing of templates - minimising (and in most cases eradicating entirely) the need for users to familiarise themselves with HTML, Perl, CGI, etc.
