With excellent performance, and the ability to convert file formats, schedule tasks, and seamlessly integrate with e-mail and antivirus software.
PentaZip is compatible with almost every compression format on the market today. PentaZip handles both Single Byte Character Set (SBCS) and Double Byte Character Set (DBCS) file names
PentaZip handle multiple compression formats without additional software. Work with multiple antivirus programs and offer integrated email support.
The PentaZip built-in viewer can be used to see contents of a file while it is still inside a Zip archive or any other type of compressed file supported by PentaZip (ZGB, Ace, JAR, ARJ, ARC, LZH/LHa, CAB, GZip, RAR, TAR, ZOO and BH). Create SFX files allowing the recipient to unzip the contents without owning or running any compression program. You can also choose to make Multivolume SFX files for easy data transfer of extremely large files.
The PentaZip Script lets you create self-running programs allowing you to automate recurring compression and decompression tasks. This is useful where backups are routinely made of the same files. You may create compression scripts for ZIP, ZGB, LZH, CAB, GZip, JAR, BH or TAR and TAR-GZip. Scripts can be programmed to run automatically by using the built-in PentaZip Scheduler. |
