VoiceGuide allows creation of Interactive Voice Response (IVR), voicemail, autodialer or auto-attendant systems using a Windows PC and a Voice capable modem or a Dialogic card. The product was designed to lower total cost of ownership through easy deployment, the ability for non-technical personnel to perform development and administration, and leaves opportunities for value added development and integration with existing and new applications.

for administrators who are not experts with telephony systems.
Graphical tools allow for easy system management:
- Scripted Voicemail - allows for full customization of the Voicemail
features to meet individual customer requirements.
- TTS engines - standard SAPI5.0 compatible Text To Speech engines can
be used for a majority of applications, bringing the cost of
implementing TTS in telephony systems to below US$100 for the entire
system.
- Broad feature set - allowing VoiceGuide to be used in a wider variety
of applications then other competing products:
- Total Cost of Ownership - dramatically less than those of competing
products available through lower time and skill requirements.
- ActiveX Server features - allow for easy integration and use of
VoiceGuide as a telephony component of a larger solution.
